Hi there
Hi! I'm a third-year Computer Science and Mathematics double major at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). I have also joined the International Honors Program at Stanford University. I am currently conducting research with Professor Chen Hao in medical image analysis.
Having taken several courses in machine learning, I am deeply interested in the field, both in its theoretical foundations and practical applications. Recently I am learning something related to embodied AI and robotics.
In my free time, I am interested in a large range of games including HoYoverse games, Terraria/Minecraft, The Binding of Isaac, etc. If you like these games, please come and communicate with me!
Education
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
2023-2027 (Expected)
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Double Major
- Year 3
Currently pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. Also participating in the International Honors Program at Stanford University. Conducting research in medical image analysis under Professor Chen Hao.
Hefei No.1 High School
Experimental Class of the Strengthening Basic Disciplines Plan
- Mathematics
- Science
- Foundation Program
Completed high school education in the Strong Foundation Class program, focusing on advanced mathematics and science preparation for university studies.
Projects
Pathology Report Generation from WSI (Ongoing)
2024-Present
- Python
- PyTorch
- MLLM
- Generative AI
- Foundation Model
Research project focusing on generating pathology reports from Whole Slide Images using multimodal large language models and generative AI techniques. This work is conducted under the supervision of Professor Chen Hao in medical image analysis.
Zero-shot Spatial Reasoning with LLM
2024
- Python
- PyTorch
- LLM
- vLLM
Course project for COMP5214 (Advanced Deep Learning Architecture). We assessed the ability of spatial reasoning of LLM, which performed better than some basic vLLM models. The LLM could generate more humanoid actions than traditional algorithms. Moreover, LLM performed better in multi-agent scenarios with collision possibilities.
Robot Car from Scratch
2023
- C
- Arduino
- Hardware
- Electronics
Course project for ELEC1100 (Introduction to Electronics and Robotics). My first hands-on project where we built a line-following car from scratch using motors, breadboards, sensors, and other electronic components. This project gave me practical experience with embedded systems and robotics.
